Who is W.T.F. Academy suitable for?
The academy is well suited for the female entrepreneur who is either just starting out, or is looking to scale her business because she’s now in a state of plateau. This is also ideal for women who find it difficult to get help with personal challenges while navigating her business.
Is all of the content available immediately, or is it time-released [drip-fed]?
Once you become a member, you will gain access to all of the content that’s available within the academy.
Can I get one-on-one help and support for my business?
The academy has an optional small group coaching model which has no more than 20 members. It’s designed to be hyper-focused on each member of that small group [at an additional fee]. The option to work with Erika on a 1:1 basis is currently not available.
Can I access content released at the W.T.F. Academy during my membership once I cancel?
No. Once you cancel your membership, you will not be granted access to any content, even if it was available during your active membership.
Can I upgrade to an annual membership later?
Yes! The price will be whatever is listed at the time when you choose to upgrade. For example, if you joined as a monthly member, and the annual membership was on sale at that time but now it’s at a higher price point, you will have to pay the higher price. Sales are not back dated.
Can I download the videos?
No. The content within the academy is only available within the membership portal.
How often will new content be added to the academy?
New content is added regularly – a minimum of 2 new pieces of content per month.
How will the monthly training and group coaching be conducted?
The live monthly trainings will be held via video conferencing. The link to register will be sent to all active members, and it’s also available in your member dashboard. The specialized group coaching will be conducted similarly, with a few changes that will be revealed to its members.
Will the live monthly trainings be recorded?
Yes. If you miss one, it will be available in your member library within 48 hours of being recorded.
When will the annual ceremony be held?
At this time, we are not setting an official date due to COVID-19. Our first priority is the health and safety of our members. We will keep you posted with updates.
How can I reinstate my expired membership?
You may reinstate your membership at any time by visiting the academy at www.wtfacademy.net. Be mindful that once you cancel your membership, you forfeit the lifetime rate and must reinstate at the current market price.
Can I share my membership with my friend or colleague?
No. Each member is responsible for her own individual membership.
How long do I have access to the content?
You will have access to the content for as long as you are an active member.
What are the benefits of being a member?

Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the high value of the content, we do not issue refunds for any reason. However, you may cancel your membership at any time.
How do I cancel my membership?
Login to your account, then go to your profile where you have the option of canceling your membership. Keep in mind that you may return at any time, but your membership fee will be whatever the current market rate is at the time of your return. If you joined during a discounted lifetime offer, you will forfeit that rate.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plans for annual and monthly memberships are not available. Our higher tiered group coaching will have payment plans available.
How do I update my credit card or other payment information?
Login to your account profile to review and update your payment method.
How do I change my password?
Login to your account and go to your PROFILE. Go to your SETTINGS and to GENERAL. You can change your password there.
Help! I forgot my password!
No worries, sis. Click on the LOGIN page and then click FORGOT MY PASSWORD. From there, you can reset it by following the prompts that will be emailed to you.
How do I access the private Facebook groups?
